CU-ACCESS.net/DCANet Verizon InfoSpeed DSL includes:

• 2 POP email accounts
• Personal web space (members.dca.net/userid) 13MB for web and mail
• Up to 5 public IP addresses, assigned by CU-ACCESS.net.
• Usenet newsgroup access
• Under this program, technical support for installation and connectivity issues will be provided by DCANet and will be available via local 215, 610 and 302 numbers. DCANet will only provide software support for the agreed upon supported software packages.
• Can be used with proxy servers, e.g., Linux, LAN connections, and modem sharing devices. DCANet cannot provide support, however, for these types of proxy servers and modem sharing devices.
• Wiring for LAN or other connections is the responsibility of the member.
• Under this program, it will not be possible for the end users to host public Internet services, Internet servers, on their local network.
• CU-ACCESS.net will require payment via a credit card or a credit card on file. Requires a 3 month commitment.

Verizon DSL does NOT require a 1 year commitment per circuit; this is in contrast to the Covad lines. CU-ACCESS.net can provision Verizon DSL on a month to month basis. The normal month to month cancellation terms will apply as specified by our terms and conditions.

What is the DSL JumpStart Install Kit^(tm)?

The Verizon DSL JumpStart Install Kit^(tm) is a comprehensive self-installation kit which contains the following:

• ENI Speedstream 5260 DSL to ethernet bridge modem
• 2 in-line DSL microfilters, 1 wall-mount microfilter
• one 6-ft RJ-45 ethernet cable
• one 6-ft RJ-11 telephone cable
• DCANet quick-start guide for installation

Additional Installation Information:

DCANet Technical Support will assist in configuration of your computer by telephone at no additional charge. If telephone assistance is unable to correct any problem, on-site visits by a DCANet technician are available for $88 per hour in 1/2 hour increments with a one-hour minimum charge per visit.

CU-ACCESS.net/DCANet Covad Telesurfer DSL connection provides a high speed, secure connection to the Internet. TeleSurfer assures that your Internet access is totally private. It connects directly to the Internet via
CU-ACCESS.net, so you don't have to share service with your neighbors, like cable users do. Further, it's a dedicated connection and "always on"; therefore, you do not have to "log in" everytime you want to use the Internet.

CU-ACCESS.net/DCANet/Covad Telesurfer DSL includes:

• 2 POP email accounts
• Personal web space (members.dca.net/userid) 13MB for web and mail
• From one to five public IP addresses, assigned by CU-ACCESS.net.
• Usenet newsgroup access
• Can be used with proxy servers, e.g., Linux, LAN connections, and modem sharing devices. CU-ACCESS.net/DCANet cannot provide support, however, for these types of proxy servers and modem sharing devices. In addition, Covad will install service to one jack in your home. Wiring for LAN or other connections is the responsibility of the member.
• Under this program, it will not be possible for the end users to host public Internet services or Internet servers on their local network.
• Requires a 1 year commitment per circuit by Covad. Covad charges a cancellation charge of $99 if the end user cancels the line before the circuit is installed and declared functional. Covad charges a $250 disconnect fee if the end user cancels the circuit after the circuit has been installed and is operational. CU-ACCESS.net passes these charges onto the end user.
• End user will receive one bill from CU-ACCESS.net for both the line and the Internet service.
