DCANet provides technical support for participants in the CU-ACCESS.net program. Our help desks will make every effort to help you resolve any problems or questions in a timely and courteous manner.
If you are experiencing problems or have a question, the first step is to determine which help desk should be contacted:
Contact DCANet for help with:
- Problems installing or configuring the supported network software
- Problems connecting to DCANet's modem or ISDN pools
- Problems with your DCANet-hosted mailbox, DCANet dialup account, or DCANet modem/ISDN authentication password
- Connectivity problems (i.e. you are unable to access any sites at all on the Web when connected to a DCANet modem or ISDN pool)
